Constructed in Red’s newest MSL800 double-drop-stitch material for maximum stiffness and durability at minimal weight. A reduced 4.7″ thickness, with RSS battens for extra rigidity, provides an amazingly stable connection to the water. Great for exploring or covering longer distances with ease – flat or choppy waters, inland or coastal.

A grippy embossed deck pad and ergonomic soft-touch carry handle make every adventure comfortable throughout, while the adjustable bungee system keeps gear secure up front, with twin cargo points on the tail for carrying even more. From fast freeride fun to challenging new routes, the versatile 12’6″ Sport offers accessible performance to paddlers of all levels.

MSL® is our trademark ‘secret sauce’, made to our exacting specifications to deliver unrivalled stiffness and total confidence on the water. MSL® comprises a reinforced outer shell (monocoque) that’s machine welded to a high-density structural core to produce a super-durable material that works as one. So that shell is constructed of a fully integrated 4-ply laminate.
